Columbia Scholastic Press Association Awards Gold to AHS Meridian!


The AHS Meridian, AHS's News and Literary Magazine, has once again scored in the Gold Medalist category by Columbia Scholastic Association. We are particularly excited this year because one of the magazines was published while students were learning remotely for the first time!


 

AHS Artists Selected to Participate in North Fulton High School Art Exhibition!


Haley Hamel (12th grade) and Ella Newell (11th grade) both earned a second place in their grade category at the highly competitive North Fulton High School Art Exhibition.  Other AHS artists who were selected to exhibit in this prestigious show were:  Miranda Fairlie, Jenna Jones, Sydney Makrtin, Eryka McNulty, Arushi Mittal, Avery Rose, Melissa Uchegbu, and Jamie Wang.  Congratulations to all!


Scholastic Art Awards in the Southeast Region Recognize AHS Artists!

 



Congratulations to Haley Hamel - Honorable Mention on her entire Portfolio and a Silver Key for a painting, Eryka McNulty - Silver Key for her digital drawing, and Guilia Triuzi - Gold Key for her oil painting!  These student artists will go on to compete on a national level.
