AP Psych Play-Doh Neuron Activity

The students are Nicole Adamovich, Gabe Capuano and Christina Oudin (left to right).  They are in Ms. Eick’s 2nd period AP Psychology class.  They were making Play Doh models of neurons and brains as a review for their Neuroscience unit.  The kids had a list of brain parts they had to include and they had to tell her what would happen to someone if there was a problem in that part  of the brain.  They also had to describe what happens during an action potential when a neuron fires. This is a great review for any kinesthetic learners.
