Raider Roast Brings Out A Pleasant Surprise

After Ms. Michelle Parris, one of the Spanish teachers, posted a commercial on Raider Roast on her Facebook page she wasn't expecting any special attention from her viewers. Yet there was some very special guests that appreciated the hard-work of the students on their commercial. Ms. Schlosser arranged for the guests meeting with the students. The students greeted the mystery guests with delicious coffee and were surprised to find their former WBMS teachers Ms. Hunter and Ms.Boltz. The former teachers were so proud of their students success and progress from the CBI program and were very grateful to Ms. Schlosser to arrange a meeting with their beloved students.

Alpharetta Student Interns Help Create Ekphrasis

Three of our students were selected to be interns for Deanna Sirlin, an artist in residence at the Alpharetta Arts Center. They worked with/for her throughout the Spring and Summer. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday at 1:30 at the AAC to reveal the piano they created along with 3 interns from Cambridge.
