On Friday, the AP Psych classroom consisted of 4 review stations to help the kids prepare for their Neuroscience unit test. They made Play Doh neurons and had to identify each part and explain how an action potential traveled through the neuron. They created Play Doh brains and had to describe how each brain structure worked and what would happen when a particular brain part suffered an injury or stroke. The students also wrote neuroscience haikus based on randomly selected vocabulary words from this unit. Lastly, the kids played a Kahoot that Meredith created for them.
