National Signing Day: Destiny Stewart

Alpharetta Varsity Volleyball Captain, Destiny Stewart officially committed and signed to Sewanee, University of the South on National Signing Day. Destiny is a power-house Outside Hitter and led the Raider offense in Kills and was an all-around impact player. Destiny has acquired many accolades over her high school years, some of them being named MVP of the Region, one of the toughest regions in the state, and also MVP of the Alpharetta Raider team. Destiny's sister, Diamond Stewart also played volleyball at Sewanee. The Alpharetta Volleyball team, Coaches, and Managers wish Destiny all the best at Sewanee!

Destiny is a very charismatic and a personable and caring young woman. She is smart, loving, and helpful. Although she may have the most kills for the entire state of Georgia she also loves to sing, dance, and be quite silly. She is an excellent student maintaining an A average and is a natural leader. Her presence this year on the Volleyball team helped us get crowds like never before. Crowds who were intensely into our games and supported us to the very end because of her influence., Destiny is a positive, enthusiastic, and genuine young woman who will be successful in anything she does.
