Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) and State Farm are empowering FCCLA members from Alpharetta High School to explore how roadway infrastructure affects their safety. Today representatives of national FCCLA, local State Farm agents, Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, and traffic safety experts are joining students at Alpharetta High School to assess the safety of their school’s intersection. The students are learning firsthand about the importance of roadway engineering and good infrastructure for the safety of everyone who travels our roads. The RSA also promotes careers in road engineering, transportation and highway safety to today's youth.
