Congratulations to Our October Employees of the Month

We would like to congratulate the following individuals for being selected as September Employees-of-the-Month.  They exemplify everything that makes Raider Nation great.  Congratulations, Raiders!

Teacher-of-the-Month:  Janice Park

Janice is an amazing teacher!  She is dedicated to her work with students and is always looking for ways to improve.  Over the summer, she created a curriculum to teach executive functioning to our IRR students.  The curriculum is a critical part of making students successful, independent learners. She has a quiet way of observing and finding solutions that is refreshing!  Thank you, Janice for all you do!

Professional-of-the-Month:  Carolyn Vezeau

Carolyn is the “go-to” person in Raider Nation. She works non-stop to manage her duties as Mr. Scheifflee’s assistant, as well as student and staff recognitions, celebratory meals, PA team lead, assist Bookkeeper with cost center p-card requisitions, spreadsheets, and backup, morning announcements and marquee… just to name a few. Everyone expects Carolyn to know everything and to fix all issues. She runs circles around all us …and she does it in heels!

Team-of-the-Month:  Coach Landis and his staff

It is with great pride and gratitude that we nominate Coach Brian Landis and the entire football staff for recognition. Their unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of growth, character, and excellence among our student-athletes continues to make a profound impact on our school community.

Coach Landis and his team go far beyond the field. They are deeply invested in the holistic development of our students, consistently promoting values of discipline, accountability, and resilience. Teachers across campus have praised the staff for their proactive engagement with student behaviors, offering real-time character coaching and support that reinforces instructional goals and strengthens our shared mission.

Their influence is evident not only in the classroom but also under the Friday night lights, where our boys compete with heart, grit, and determination. This transformation is a direct reflection of the culture being cultivated—one that prioritizes integrity, teamwork, and personal growth.

We are sincerely thankful for the dedication, leadership, and care Coach Landis and his staff bring to our students every day. Their work is shaping young men into leaders, and we are proud to stand behind the shift they are championing within our program.
